  Dominic made it possible to have training sessions to help me lose weight and tone up after having 2 kids. He accommodates the time slots that work well for my schedule and provides me with realistic workout plans when I am not able to make it in. Dominic also works on various meal plans with me and has really taught me the importance of having balance in your diet, rather than just giving up everything you love and enjoy. He focuses in on the details of your workout and I feel as though the sessions are custom fit for my needs and goals. I always leave my DPT feeling accomplished. The environment is friendly, non-judgmental, clean and professional. I highly recommend DPT to anyone looking for a REALISTIC lifestyle modification.

  Dominic really makes your workout fit with your lifestyle. I get “homework” I can do at home if I can’t make it to the gym. He motivates me and holds me accountable when I’m slacking. He will help you to see this is a lifestyle, not a quick change/diet. I have had other trainers, but he goes above & beyond to put together the best you.
